Orders & Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing is 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery is ~7–10 business days (varies by country, season, and customs).

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show the first scan.

Will I pay customs or VAT?
Some countries may charge import duties/VAT/handling fees. These are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility if applied.

Can I change/cancel my order?
Email contact@espressyo.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After packing/dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.


Product — Espressyo Pro (portable espresso maker)

Does it heat water? How fast?
Yes. From room-temperature water it heats to brewing temperature in about 3–4 minutes per shot.

How many shots per charge?
From cold water: up to 3 shots (≈70 ml each).
With pre-heated water: 100+ shots (pump draw only).
Actual results vary with water temperature, grind, dose, and ambient conditions.

What basket size does it use?
A 51 mm basket for café-style extractions. A grounds basket and a capsule basket are included.

Does it work with capsules?
Yes — compatible with Nespresso® OriginalLine-style capsules (not Vertuo).

Is it splash-proof?
It’s splash-resistant for everyday use (rain, rinses). Do not submerge or expose to pressurized water. Always dry fully before charging.

How do I clean it?
Rinse the basket and head after each use. Do a quick monthly descale (per the care guide) for best performance.

What’s in the box?
Espressyo Pro unit, grounds basket, capsule basket, USB-C cable, scoop/brush, and a quick-start & care guide.

Can I use boiling water?
You can brew with hot water. Use caution when handling hot liquids and always follow the manual.

Is it noisy?
You’ll hear a normal pump hum during extraction.

Is it safe for food contact?
Components in the water/coffee path are designed with food-safe materials (stainless steel & food-grade polymers/silicone). Documentation available on request.


Grinder (if purchased/bundled)

Do I need the grinder to use Espressyo Pro?
No. You can use capsules or your own pre-ground coffee. The grinder simply lets you dial-in fresh espresso.

Can the grinder go fine enough for espresso?
Yes — it’s designed for espresso-fine adjustments. Exact clicks vary by bean and recipe.

How many grinds per charge?
Varies with dose and grind size. As a guideline, lighter roasts and finer settings use more power.


Power, Charging & Travel

How do I charge it?
Via USB-C (use a quality charger/cable). Charge times depend on the adapter output.

Can I fly with it?
Portable devices with built-in lithium batteries are generally carry-on only. Always check your airline’s rules before travel.


Troubleshooting

It won’t heat.

  1. Ensure sufficient battery and proper assembly.

  2. Start with room-temp water (not icy).

  3. If it still fails, stop and email contact@espressyo.com.

Leaking around the basket.

  1. Check the gasket and wipe the rim clean.

  2. Avoid very fine grinds that over-pressurize.

  3. Re-seat and firmly lock before brewing.

Weak or fast shots.
Grind too coarse or low dose. Go finer, increase dose slightly, and ensure a level, even fill.

Won’t charge.
Try a different USB-C cable/adapter; inspect the port for moisture/debris; fully dry the device before charging.


Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be new or like-new with all accessories/packaging. Start at contact@espressyo.com (Change-of-mind returns may use your own label or a prepaid label with the cost deducted from the refund.)

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email contact@espressyo.com within 15 days with your order number and photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact contact@espressyo.com for support.
