Freshly ground coffee only — no capsules or pods. This is a deliberate design choice. Fresh-ground beans produce dramatically better flavour, aroma, and crema than any capsule system. We recommend a medium-fine espresso grind. Our Pro Bundle includes an electric grinder so you always have perfectly ground coffee.

The Espressyo Pro (£149) is the machine on its own — ideal if you already have a grinder. The Pro Bundle (£209) includes the machine plus a portable electric burr grinder, aluminium stand, and carry bag — everything you need in one kit. The bundle saves you £40+ compared to buying items separately.

Three things: a professional 51mm bottomless portafilter basket (most competitors use smaller, standard baskets), a pre-soak extraction system for balanced flavour, and 20 bars of real pressure that produces thick, golden crema. Yes! The machine makes espresso — which is the foundation for every coffee drink. Pull your shot, then add frothed milk for a latte, steamed milk for a flat white, or foamed milk for a cappuccino. Add hot water for an Americano. One machine, five favourites.

The machine's 7500mAh battery delivers up to 5 cups using cold water (with self-heating) or 200+ cups if you use pre-heated water. The grinder's 2400mAh battery handles approximately 20+ grinding sessions per charge. Both devices charge via USB-C — compatible with any power bank or laptop charger.

3–4 minutes from cold water to the perfect extraction temperature of 92°C. If you use pre-heated water (from a thermos or kettle), it brews instantly with a single button press.

Simply rinse the portafilter basket under water after each use and knock out the used coffee puck. Run a water-only cycle once a week to flush the system. The whole process takes about 30 seconds. A cleaning brush is included with every purchase.

Yes. Our entire website is SSL encrypted and our payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Shopify Payments. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Yes — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email support@espressyo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy when it arrives.

Yes — free tracked shipping on all UK orders with no minimum spend. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all import duties and taxes are pre-paid by us. You will never be charged anything at your door. The price at checkout is the final price.

UK orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. US orders take 8–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Final delivery is via Royal Mail (UK) or USPS (US).

Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking still shows no updates after 5 days, please email us at support@espressyo.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to show the credit on your statement.

All products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, battery failure under normal use, heating element or pump malfunction, and grinder motor or burr defects. The warranty does not cover damage from drops, misuse, water submersion beyond rated protection, or unauthorised modifications. Email support@espressyo.com with your order number to make a claim.

Email us within 48 hours at support@espressyo.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover the return shipping cost for damaged or defective items.

Yes — you can carry the machine and grinder in your hand luggage. However, you cannot use either device during flight, in accordance with global airline regulations for lithium battery equipment. Do not pack lithium battery devices in checked luggage.

The machine is designed for outdoor use and has a leak-proof, heat-insulated design. While it can handle splashes and light rain, it should not be submerged in water. Dry it off if it gets wet and store it in the included carry bag when not in use.

Any USB-C charger with at least 5V output and 10W power. This includes most phone chargers, laptop chargers, power banks, and car chargers (12V or 24V). A USB-C cable is included with every purchase. Both the machine and grinder charge via USB-C.

The machine weighs 711g — lighter than a water bottle. The grinder weighs 472g. The complete Pro Bundle kit (machine + grinder + stand + accessories) weighs approximately 1.3kg — easily fits in any backpack, shoulder bag, or car boot.
